Meet Our Legal Team

Ghulam Arif joined Baker Hardman Solicitors in September 2021 and is a Litigation Executive in the Civil Litigation department at our Preston office. He holds a Law degree from De Montfort University, graduating in 2013.

With over a decade of experience in Civil Litigation, Ghulam specialises in complex credit hire disputes and high-value personal injury cases. He is known for his assertive and strategic approach to litigation, particularly when handling challenging matters.

He regularly supports and mentors colleagues across the department, offering guidance on litigation strategy. Ghulam has recently secured successful outcomes in court against major insurers in cases involving allegations of fraud and fundamental dishonesty, including awards for indemnity costs.

Outside of work, Ghulam enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and has a long-standing passion for cricket.
