Lincoln Sayles is a Litigation Executive, specialising in RTA claims within the Personal Injury sector. He holds a 2:1 Law degree from the University of Central Lancashire and brings over nine years of experience from various law firms.

Lincoln manages a significant caseload, handling claims on and off the Rapid and OIC Portals through to settlement. His expertise covers a wide range of personal injury claims, including assessing claim prospects and liaising effectively with insurers and third parties.

He is committed to a client-focused approach, ensuring clear and jargon-free communication that complies with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) guidelines. Lincoln’s strong analytical and research skills, combined with his ability to explain complex legal matters in an accessible way, help clients feel supported throughout their claims journey.
